online bank account for adsense deposit

    please guyz advise me, im from a country in south-east europe, not eu member, my checks take months to withdraw, from 2 to 3 months, i heard about solutions like getting online bank account or credit card wiht direct deposit possibilty, anyone have an idea or experience with this ?
