    The site is ACTIVE since November 2011. Since then it managed to get PR2, 78 inbound links, 390k Alexa rank and 2k-3k pageviews/month with NO $ investment at all (I did occasionally email campaigns and social shares).
    Some stats :
    - 142 registered artists, more than 500 submitted artwork
    - mailchimp account with 2 lists (more than 300 artist emails)
    - twitter and facebook pages
    - Google for business account (email, analytics, webmaster tools)
    - WP blog
    - the whole site engine is custom made (by myself) with a bidding system for freelance artists, art contests and events platform, internal message system, comments, etc...

    To my regret I don't have the time to further improve/market the site (though it started to bring in some ADs cash in the last 2-3 weeks). I believe it has a great potential and with a systematic campaign (link building, email marketing, paid ads, etc) it can earn some nice $ within a few weeks.
    I made some price estimates at various online estimator sites but I'd like to know how much a REAL person would offer for such a site. Please PM me if you're interested.
