    If you are a programmer read on !!!!

    My name is Jared Gravatt. I am in the process of setting up a company offering cheap website solutions to Small business.

    I am need of a programmer who can convert PSD files for small websites into HTML (or a CMS if you can do so for a reasonable price)

    Turnaround times must be good.

    I will pay:

    For conversion to HTML: Between $35 and $50
    For Creation of CMS: Up to $150
