We are looking for individuals or companies that can provide link development services (WHITEHAT ONLY). We are specifically looking for individuals that can write very well (English) and who can do general research and build links. The projects you would be involved with include: - Reviewing which websites link to competitor websites or that come up for specific keywords - Getting links from all websites that link to competitor websites The links must meet the following criteria: 1. Only links from related sites are accepted (construction, architecture, building + your ideas after we approve them) 2. One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted. 3. Permanent links. 4. The link page indexed with PR4 or higher by Google, NO redirects, JavaScript links, and hidden links - only direct static links. 5. NO link farms, Free-for-all, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, porn, violent, or hate-based blogs, forums, classifieds, dynamic links, or generally black hat links, NO rel=?nofollow? links in the code, or any site that seems to have caused a Google penalty. 6. The linking page can not have no more than 30 outbound links. 7. One link per domain, all from different (C Block) IP addresses. 8. English language web sites only 9. Links must use link and anchor text that I will provide. This is important as the text will vary depending on the keyword used 10. You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs (Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.) 11. Links page must be reached from homepage in 1 or 2 clicks 12. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted 13. We will have the right to cancel a link if not found suitable. 14. Must provide weekly reports on project Status. 15. Provide Excel sheet to include all the proposed links. (URL, type of the site/theme, Google page rank, IP address etc) Payment will be based on a PER LINK basis and will be totaled up at the end of the month. This means that each month you or your team will build as many links as you can (each project will have a maximum budget per month) and at the end of the month you will submit a report which includes the following: * Domain the link is from: * PageRank of the main domain: * URL where the link is located: * PageRank of the specific URL where the link (and possible) comment is located. As mentioned we will pay at the end of the month based on the totals. Payment per link will be determined by the PageRank of the specific webpage where the link is located.
