Hello, I know a fair amount of html, but get stuck on some "higher end" stuff. Proper formatting of tables, moving within layouts, some css stuff. I am working on a new site, and getting hung up a bit here and there. I am looking for an html expert, I can bounce a problem off and get a quick answer.
