I have an overflow of work and need someone who can help me with coding issues. I am familiar with coding....but need help when I run into a problem. I am looking to develop a business relationship with someone, as this will be an ongoing work situation. Ideally this person will have experience designing and coding web sites...understanding both what looks good and how to accomplish the look with HTML/CSS.
