I usually use onewaytextlinks.com to submit to directories, but they always seem to be down, mySQL server errors.. anyone have any information on if they are dead or are they just doing some overhauling ?
Wow, yeah they are back up and running, they must have been doing a complete overhaul, that is not the same website anymore! Before you would go there and there was 2 lists, one for paid directories, and 1 for free directories, had a list of about 3K free webdirectories (some require reciprocal link and others didn't) they also had each web directories PR next to it. Looks like now they require a reciprocal link to them before you can even get access to the list
