Onelang.com - Great for text links/weight

Hi,

I'm looking to sell Onelang.com, an online reference and education site. It's based on wikipedia and online public domain dictionaries, and gets around 1200-1500 uniques a day.

Monthly income: $400/month: $300 text links and $100 AdSense.
Monthly uniques: 40000+
BIN: $4800
Starting bid $1200.

History:
2 months ago however the site was PR6, text link sales were $800/$1200+ a month, AdSense around $250, Co-op weight 33,000 . I haven't managed the site for a while thus the drop in Pr, so if you just get a few links pointing in you'll get $800-1200+ a month easily: $300-400/month for the weight, $100 AdSense, and $600/month other text links.

I could use some capital now for a software development project, not to mention a baby due in 6 days , and have lost interest in building the site up again, so if someone would like to take this over and simply drive it back up to PR6 then with the weight and text links you'll make a very nice profit. The site has been a steady PR6 for almost a year now (until last update), so this is very doable.
