Seems like a good domain for a website about a dad blog. Or something about being a single dad.

Depends on the end user if someone is looking to build site or blog of single dad's then it would worth higher or else reg fee is not developed.

Domain names is catchy. It got be a brand name. I would highly recommend you to develop it as per Mr.Coe or any child adoption site.

It's very nice brandable domain name but in the niche where no one will be interested to buy it. There's no value in this niche only for some none profit organization but they are not going to pay for a domain name.
Your best bet is to develop it and sell as a real website

You may search for a blogger having an established blog about single parent or something related to parenting which has a horrible domain name (or which is still running on wordpress.com / blogspot.com type of free subdomain) and offer him your domain (hosting if required) and technical assistance for smoothly transferring his website over this domain name.
This is the only way you can help yourself making some bucks out of this name (other than praying to god and waiting patiently for that buyer to come searching for you)
