Basic Information:
Clicks And Cash is an Aurora-based GPT/PTC (Get-Paid-To/Paid-toClick) site that is running on a heavily customized SDR2 script.

The design is also customized for this site; header image, logo, and banners were all made just for this site.

Clicks And Cash has at the moment over 1700+ members (inactive members are deleted by the script automatically).

The reason I am selling is because I am looking for a buyer who can really take this to next level.

The site still has a lot of potential with the amazing amount of members. The site has paid to click, paid to signup, and paid to read (among other things). You can set up basically everything from the admin panel including sending mass email to all the members to tell them about new deals, new referral earnings, new payout details, new offers added, etc. If you are part of an affiliate network that allows incentive advertising you could earn a fair bit of money.

Clicks And Cash has pending payments of about $7 that I will take care of after the site is sold, so the buyer does not need to worry about that.

The average time to maintain the site is just 5 to 30 minutes daily, made easy by the special addon that is installed on admin-side called Task Summary, which tells you what needs to be done, i.e., approve ads, review logs.

The growth of site is automatic due to the following reasons:
-Strong referral incentives that we have in place: 30% referral earnings for standard members, up to 150% for premium. (Even with this high incentive, because of the multiple advertisers we have, we are always in profit)
-Over ten promotional banners and two splash pages for members to promote

Financials:
I established the site in November 2010.

Since then, monetization of the site has expanded from not just the GPT side of the site, but also affiliate programs (ClickBank, PayDotCom) and other third-party ads (Popads, Linkbucks).

We've also earned from referring members to other PTC and GPT sites.

Usually revenue fluctuates from $70 to $90 per month. Expenses include hosting, paying the members, and optionally promoting the site via purchasing ads on other sites (however that is usually not necessary because members do this).
Profit is usually $60 to $80 per month.

Traffic:
Site gets about 5000 hits per day, or 15000 hits per month. Traffic is autopilot because of the referral system in place but you can also advertise at other sites if you'd like.

Reason for Sale:
Basically I have moved onto another project and I want to invest more of my resources into that instead of this. I do not want to leave the site neglected and want to find it a good owner.

Other details:
The script is really customizable and is not encrypted so you can change things as you see fit. The rates I currently have are making me profit, but you can change them.
Domain is on Namecheap.
For hosting, you will need PTC-specialized hosting because the site consumes a lot of Mysql resources. I can provide you hosting from $2 per month, or you can find another provider.

You are saying you make a profit of $80 per month, but in this post you are saying you are loosing money?

Also, it looks as if you took a vote about selling your site from your members and then told them you wasn't going to sell it.
