One Wordpress instalation, more blogs

Is it possible to manage multiple blogs that have their own domains with one wordpress instalation? How?

You'll need the domain mapping plugin for it to manage the domains. Don;t have that link handy but a quick google should pull it right up. (Google's a sex/porn site here at the library tonight yet again.)
