One-word domain... Got an offer... What is it really worth?

    Hi

    I've had this domain name:

    M e d i c a t e s .net

    (Sorry.. want to make it unsearchable)


    Not much stats... few visitors per day. But... it's a dictionary word.

    With 400 search/mo. for the word m.edicates
    but 40,000 for the word m.edicate (no 's')

    I just got an offer. So what do you think it's worth? More than $300? or pretty much that value.

    I dont think its worth more than 300....if you have an interested you should sell

    Hmm.. Ok. then. Thanks for the advice. I think I got a pretty fine deal too.
    It's hard to find buyers these days, don't you think?
