    Guys, the OP hasnt come back since last year, I will share the answer they gave to me.

    When he says, "1 license to let to", he means "1 license to rent out to someone". Its not for sale, and additionally, its a license provided from a hosting reseller account. Which is often usually locked to a server IP provided by the hosting company. Would make renting it out difficult, yet not impossible. As the hosting company providing the license would have to be the ones updating the IP address on the license.

    Essentially, if you are running a hosting service, relying on 2 other hosting companies to manage your silly whmcs license, then you are in deep trouble before you even start.
