I want to know about these terms of SEO: One-Way Links No Follow Links Do Follow Links wt are these and how they work for.Give details..I really thanks to u.
They are all exactly what they sound like. One way link- A link that points one way (The opposite of a reciprocal link) No Follow Link- A link that the SE's will NOT follow. Do follow link- A link that the SE's will follow. Gary..
Yes good definition. But to elaborate further, "follow" means passing on authority. So of you have a DO follow link, the 'authority' gets passed on, whereas if it was NO follow then it wouldnt have. Hope this helps. p.s. Try and google around to get yourself educated in SEO - or better still look for an SEO glossory
Getting a link from a site without linking back to that same website it's called one way links. One way links are very valuable. No follow links means crawled by crawler but cant get backlinks and also PR juice. Do follow links means follow by google, also will get backlinks and it will share PR juice.
one way link------- a link that on other site or point in one direction. this is mainly paid link. NO follow link---links that are not follow by a SE. Do follow------links that are follow by a SE.
Thanks, this has been helpful for me as I am a newbie at SEO. Does that mean, DO Follow links are the best? Or a mixture of all three? Mochalatte
one way click goes from one way.(directories submission). No follow- A link not follow by crawler. Do follow- A link follow by crawler.
One-way link is a term used among webmasters for link building methods. It is a hyperlink that points to a website without any reciprocal link; thus the link goes "one-way" in direction. No Follow Link nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct some search engines that a hyperlink should not influence the link target's ranking in the search engine's index. It is intended to reduce the effectiveness of certain types of search engine spam, thereby improving the quality of search engine results and preventing spamdexing from occurring. DoFollow is simply an internet slang term given to web pages or sites that are not utilizing NoFollow.
One way link= backlinks from sites (one direction, not reciprocal) Dofollow= backlinks that are counted by google's crawler NoFollow=uncounted links
You get One Way Links when you submit to Article Directories, Post Comments on Blogs, and when you post Links on a Forum signature (can be Dofollow, and Nofollow) DoFollow is when you get the juice (a Vote, or PR) from the site you link to NoFollow is when you get nothing, but off course you Still Get Traffics, and Visitors.
Yeah, proper explanations given. But what about the hierarchy of SEO value these types of links carry? The juiciest one is a one-way link. One-way links are links to your site from sites that don't have a link back from you. They give a powerful message to Google- that your website is so outstandingly awesome and other sites want to buzz people about it. One-way links are great cause they skyrocket your link popularity if many. Google places huge importance on them when ranking your site. Next go dofollow links Basically the 'dofollow' tag means that these links are taken into account by search engines. From an SEO prospective, a dofollow link may be considered 10x better than a nofollow link. Every time you leave a comment on a blog you can drop a dofollow link in your signature that leads to your site. Cool, isn't it? (I also gotta consider that, LOL) And the last on this list is 'nofollow' link The term 'nofollow' link refers to a link attribute that lets website owners tell SOs that a particular link does not confer credit to the target site. These kind of links are practically of no SEO value. That's it.
All three have their own way of usage and benifits. for PR Oneway and Do follow are good and the next for is for traffic and Yahoo back links
