One Way Link Exchange Services: Are they OK?

    There are many one way link exchange services that provide links for an annual fee. Are links gained through such services helpful or harmful? What does Google do about them, if anything?

    I wouldn't use some shady services. Either do it yourself or don't do it at all.
    Linkbuilding is a crucial process and could be the difference between success and failure.
