I have started an online Training Program for teaching QTP (A test automation tool). Refer http://qualitypoint.blogspot.com/2010/08/chance-to-become-qtp-expert-we-are.html for more details. I am planning to keep this training session as one-to-one training program by hoping that it will be more effective. But if I make this as Group training, I can reduce the training cost. So, I would like to know whether my decision of keeping as one-to-one training is correct or I need to switch into Group training?
If you can manage group training you should go for it. Start with one-to-one, then slowly add more clients to your training until you can find a balance between successfully training your clients while maximizing the use of your time. If you find that it is too difficult to train more than one person just revert back to the one-on-one training! Experiment with different business models to maximize your profits. Good luck
