No, you do not know the truth yet and I am asking you nicely to just stand back and give me a chance to prove myself. That is all. Everyone who was new needed a chance to start off, so did you.

Give this guy a chance. That's all I would have to say...

So far, he's been great to what he's doing. uptime is great, as well as support.

He just wants to establish a company and career her. Please give him a break. We will assess again after one month. We can even assess every month if you like

I am not defending him but as a customer of his, i can say that so far, he's been doing great

Yes, I am interested too. But as what he pointed out, this one time promotional deal is limited stocks only. This is not going the price for hosting forever. :)

    Ok,

I've installed phpsysinfo for all to see, click this: http://www.36u.co.uk/phpsysinfo

    All I can see is:

    SCSI Devices:
    ATA WDC WD3200AAKS-0 (Direct-Access)
    ATA WDC WD3200AAKS-0 (Direct-Access)

They are 2X WD Caviar® 320 GB, 3 Gb/s, 16 MB Cache, 7200 RPM drives so I presume one is the default user drive and the other is backup?

But the total usage if the 2 drives are usable is 640GB but I cannot see that.

    Regards

I contacted one of the technicians and they said about having to remount the hard drives that are not being displayed. I showed them the status2k as well as that phpsysinfo you just posted.

Yeah there are two drives but appears one is mounted as a /backup thus I wouldn't call that usable space.

It is usable space, unsure why it is mounted as a back up drive as we have external back ups done. I'll go check and return with updates.

For that above server there is only 2 drives installed, one is the main drive and the other is a backup drive.

Therefore there is only 320GB of space on that server to play with.

If you was sold the server with 3 drives or asked for 3 drives I would start complaining.

Go ask for it to be remounted as /home2.

I was told some of the other hard drives are not being displayed because 0% of the disk space is not being used. Anyone know if this is true or not? I need confirmation.

Also, I have remounted the second drive as /home2.

    It's still mounted as /backup ;) (see cameron.forcium.net)

All hard disks are displayed if they are using space or not...
