One the top search engines but not allot of visits!

    Hi,

    According to wordtracker.com there are 1,703 searches daily for johnny depp wallpaper and I am on the top google and yahoo most of the time but visitors are about 60 visitors daily, any idea why is that?!

    Firstly - How are you ascertaining that you are at the top?
    Are you using a third party tools that takes results from the API, or from WebMaster tools, because if you're just looking on your own computer, your results will be distorted by your cookies.
    Secondly, according to Google adwords tool, it gets 330 searches a day.

    you are in position 6 for me and jonhnny depp images are at the top so you dould say you are in position 7

    I use proxy and other computer 2 for search... I am 3rd and some time on the top in Google.com and yahoo.com not .co.uk sites...

    i use wordtracker.com and tools.seobook.com both says 1,000+ searches!

    I think Wordtracker uses data from Dogpile and AllTheWeb which includes Google and Yahoo but also has other engines (such as Bing).

    I don't think you're comparing apples with apples.

    I would have thought the most important thing is to see where you get YOUR traffic and act upon that information.
