one small question about sitemap

    If I add a new link in my website, should I genrate again site.xml file for google webmaster tools ?

    Just put the new link in sitemap file and wait. Is not neccesary to hit "resubmit sitemap" in GWT

    no, updating your sitemap for every minor change is complete overkill. I would suggest update it every time 10 or 15 new pages of content are added to your site.

    It is good if you are using Google sitemap for easy crawling. Most site maps nowadays are updated automatically. You don't need to resubmit it .
