One site is not getting indexed at all. Why is that ?

One of our site has been perfectly optimized for SEO and its PR5 , since it gets a lot of direct traffic and has got good backlinks as well.

But the problem is, none of this site's links are well placed in Google Search results.

Im confused, since everything is perfectly fine.

Sitemap and everything says, all indexed on Google Webmaster Tools.

This site has been online since October 2011.

Whats the best way to debug this ?

You are saying all are indexed in Google Webmaster Tools. And yet you say site is not getting indexed in the title of your thread. This seems confusing. Can you please take time to update your post by telling us more specifically what exactly is the problem?

Sorry, if I was not clear.

Okay, Google Webmaster Tools say all 655 URLs are indexed, but when I search any keyword from our site, it just doesnt show our website at all.

Indexing is different from google ranking. Your website pages are indexed. But your site has not got any ranking for those keywords. As simple as that.

Build backlinks for those keywords, make your site popular socially and so on and on.... Your site should appear in the rankings for your keywords in course of time.

I see in your first post you said you already got good backlinks and done SEO. But your site doesn't rank for those keywords. This means the keywords are competitive and the backlinks or seo which you have done is not at all sufficient. So work more on this and you should see the results.

Ok as I said, this site has been very popular and it has not ranked since day 1, though we have spent like 300+ hours in its SEO and making sure, everything is perfect!

Also it got PR4 in less than 5 months, as its a very very authentic website.

I just need to find, whats wrong with Google, as this has never happened for any of our other websites, which receive the same attention.

Even if you spend 300+ hours doing SEO for a site, that doesn't mean you have done Perfect SEO. I am sorry if that hurt your feelings, but I am telling you the fact :)

Each niche is different and even if you get good rankings for 9 sites following 1 particular linking strategy, your 10th site may not get the same results.

Google seems to find your competitor sites more valuable than your site for those keywords. This is the reason your site doesn't get good ranking for those keywords. So analyze the top page rankings for your keywords and how they have content and how they get backlinks, you should get a fair idea what to do.
