One simple web page needed - layout for all browsers needed

    I need one simple web page created, two lines of white text on a black screen, with two graphics that will be clickable links. I’ll provide the graphics.

    The crucial part I am looking for is for the text to appear centered and professional looking, in all web browsers. I’ll send you a jpeg of the page layout.

    I only have Paypal as a payment method. Please send your rate and turnaround time.
