I need to create a site for a school project, some international thing, so it's pretty important. I need you to create just ONE page, which I can later copy and modify the content and then modify the links to make the whole site work. I hope you understand this part. I have one photo that I want in the site (the photo you've seen above). Either in the background, but I think it would look better as a header (I'll provide you the original photo and the edited one, use which ever you like) I also want you to create a navigation menu, a horizontal drop down menu (either with java, css, I don't care). I will provide you the items needed on the list (about 5-6 main categories with a few items each). Also create a space somewhere, where I can later insert the CONTENT. As I said, it should be just as a "template" so I can copy it to make multiple pages, insert the content and change the links. Also a footer somewhere, say something random like (C) BLA BLA, I'll modify it. I'll pay 20 $ for this one, as it's easy and should normally take let's say, half an hour for someone who knows what he's doing. When contacting me, please show me your portfolio.
