I've had over 150 page impressions, but I haven't made 1 penny? I am currently running a blog http://www.zeezed.blogspot.com and within the last 7 days have had over 150 page impressions, yet no money? How come? and if I am making some sort of a mistake how can I fix my error. STATS: 70 Visits 194 Pageviews 2.77 Pages/Visit 60.00% Bounce Rate 00:04:02 Avg. Time on Site 47.14% % New Visits
The page views also count on your visits to each page also so with 194 PV a week its 28 PV a day which may be your visit and with 28pv a you cannot make $$ try submitting to directory , write articles and Social bookmarking that will improve the PV
I sometimes had 1000 visitors in a day, and no click It also depends on the quality of the traffic...
On my copywriting course I learned that the main purpose of the elements on a page is to lead the reader to read the copy or text, and the purpose of the webcopy is to lead the reader to do something i.e. buy a product and in your case click and Ad without encouraging them. Dude, your site says nothing, it only leads the visitor to go back or go to another website. How would you expect a click on your ads? Moreover, some ads are irrelevant to your niche. Put your self to work!!
The reason you get no money is because you are not getting "click" Try to play around with your ads placement, it might helps
1. You should rearrange your ads placement. 2. You should get another pretty good looking theme. 3. Not really understand about your blog...
Don't worry about it, 150 page impressions is not that much. You can't read anything into the fact that you got no clicks from that. If you're really getting frustrated about it then maybe you should experiment with the positioning of your ads. Try putting them in other areas of the page you might get some luck. I like your site by the way. The writing isn't great but it looks nice and I liked your tips about working with fonts in adobe CS5. Your material has to be more focused. What is your blog about? It looks nice, but that don't get you clicks. The content has to fulfil a visitors expectations and yours unfortunately doesn't. By writing more focused material you will get more focused ads, which will in turn help increase your Click-Through-Rates. Anyway good luck.
