    I highly doubt people have "$50,000 just laying around" but you will rarely see a sale like this, not many people have PR7 or PR8 websites they want to sell. You can bet alot of these "prospective" buyers are just poking around for to find more info.

    Its dead easy to get a loan. Most companies would happily loan you 30, 000 GBP = about $55,000! Its seems worth it if you can make your money back in 1-3 years.

    my 92 itrader points indicate that yes I can read.

    But it is normal that either the seller or buyer confirm that the deal is closed, payment made, and domains transfered. Especially in these larger deals. And without having seen the urls any judgement on value is questionable.
