    So many offers at the $50,000 and two individual offers for the PR8 site alone ranging between $25,000 and $30,000.
    No real contract as of yet.

    Buyers should be aware that the escrow payment should be released once the domains ownership are transferred.

    Also, for the buyers benifit the sites can stay in place (the dedicated server cost $90 per month and very reliable) and the server account would be transfered to the buyer of course. If the buyer decided that the sites must be migrated to his server, he would handle the migration process himself. Of course, I would provide all necessary credintials.

    Two important points:

    1- The server should have at least two IPs in different Class-C networks, this is a technical requirement.

    2- After payment is complete, I will give 14 days of support (although not necessary as the sites are automated, but some buyers asked for it).
