one phpbb3 doubt. please help me ?

    Hello friends.

    i am using phpbb3.
    my style is fisubice2

    i am tried to install "Topics descriptions" mod.

    but when i try to run the "install_topic_desc.php"

    You need to makes sure your logged in as the founder account.
