One Page Template

    Are there any free templates out there that I can use as a one page template that will give me the ability to build a simple website similar to About dot Me? I prefer to host myself than to use that option right now.

    I just want a picture in the background a very basic information as the site is more of a business card that fully functioning site.

    I think you should code a simple html for that. It wont take time + If you install a theme for that, it will add up to your database. By coding a simple 1 page theme, you can even increase the speed of website. Any html coder can do it for as low as $20-$50

    you can use "plain text" wordpress themes. find it on google.
