I need a one page template for a "home remodel" website. Make the layout attractive in style and color choice and coordination. I do not need you to code this template, just design it. I will need you to email me the files for the designs so I can code it myself. Make sure that you send everything to me so I can code it just like you designed it. Leave me an empty space 400 pixels wide by 500 pixels tall for me to insert a web form. leave me a space at the bottom of the page that runs the entire length of the template and is 160 pixels tall where I can add links to various additional pages of information. If you use any pictures that require purchasing do not buy them, I will buy them and add them later.
