One page needed from PSD to XHTML/CSS - Tableless

    I need one page that I have created in Photoshop to be converted to Valid XHTML/CSS. I also want it done in DIV's. Sorry but no tables.

    I want the final thing to look as close to that as possible. It's a small one-page job and I don't expect it to be very pricey.
