One Page design Xhtml CSS

    we need 1 page design and Xhtml CSS, very simple, I do have the layout ready (more or less) Just need to create it and transfer to Xhtml CSS and uplode to the server.

    I need someone that can work fast, and do it in 1-2 hr.
