one of my subpage which was giving me some traffic was ranked 10 last 2 weeks now its been bouncing between 300 to 400, what happened?...help please...thanks...
Do you know of anything that you did to cause the drop? Anything against what Google advises like no keyword stuffing, links from unrelated sites, etc?
I read somewhere that google will periodically drop your site down in ranking for a few days and then it will go back up. Never happened to me though.
Same things happening on one of my site. It dropped from first page to the 6-8 page. And the traffics dropped from 800 unique to 100 unique visitors. In my situation, it might be because it is a fairly new site (~2 months old). And for new sites added into google, usually it ranked up high in a day or two then starts dropping, because google starts doing they algo and hasn't detected any backlinks on the site. This is common. Anyway, hopefully all our sites will be at the first page again.
dont know man...i just added content...i thought it would bosst my ranking...maybe they thought it was keyword stuffing but it was cahed just a day before or two the last cached was ranked high and then dropped... i have a free directory...maybe links from yahoo answers cause i answer some questions there usingg the content of my site?... im just lost...
same with me but i have this maybe for 4 months now...but in the webmaster i had like more than 20 keywords that is ranked and found...but when my site got a pr1 some of my subpages just vanished...
