one of my sites were hacked and....

    one of my sites was hacked, and i had some whack page up there for about a week... and now if you type in the url of the domain a different site shows up 1st and mine is right below. I submitted a sitemap to google but what else do i need to do to fix this issue ?

    Not sure what you mean. Sounds like you still have some inserted code in your webpages. Take a look through your code looking for iFrames. If another site is displayed first and then yours sounds like someone is redirecting users to another site and then displaying your site in an iframe beneath their content.

    In other words, you are still hacked.

    Ill look for that I-frame !

    And I gave google my sitemap again to let them know that my pages were back to normal...

    And to throw a wrench into the situation... the page that shows up number1 for my URL if you check the cached page THEIR page has the same HACKED PAGE mine had... so i dont really know what is going on.

    Well if your page is hacked it only stands to reason that Google will index it - no matter whats on it. So if your page is redirected to another site, then of course that site shows up in Google cache for your url.
