one of my sites arent working at a not home location

    for some reason the website www.hpkmedia.com doesnt work on this computer I am using. This is a public computer yet for some reason the rest of my sites on my server are working perfectly fine can anyone tell me what I can do to fix this problem?

    im not there anymore but it was a public library i just thought it was very odd...
