One Of My Site Earning Avg. $110 USD/Day From AdSense+AdBrite, Should i Sell?

After months of tweaking, one of my sites for abt 14 days earning avg $110 USD+ from adsense plus adbrite. Its no Black hat method or ppc or any un allowed matter, as per my years of knowledge from ad network.
Its completely custom made site and unique plan. It needs regalar maintains bt matter is its too too easy. Just like 15*4 min = 60 min + another 30 min maintains per day. Its just from only one site. I already made another 2 site and result same.

In last 14 days i already made around $2000 USD. It seems it will run for long, As its almost safe earning so i prefer to keep it running, cause from all my 3 site it sums up around $330 USD per day so take a better sum monthly $10000 USD.
So i have no plan of selling it. Its easy to run and i liked it. after each few Hr whenever i looked at my adsense or adbrite dashboard i always get charmed. Its really amazing.

Bt i will get each months earning 2 months after months end, as per adsense or adbrite rule. Bt right now i needed some money for buying cars for my sis, its urgent.

I have no plan to ruin my great business, i also have no plan to make floods of site. I was just thinking if i could sell this plan to somebody, better if i could restrict him to make only one site, so per day 100 USD income. Bt actually its not possible to restrict some one from making another site.
    So what could i do?

    1. make a clone site and sell and restrict not to make any more. i will giv all my business secret so he will start earning from 1st day. what would be price? if its any less then $6000 USD, i dont intend to do that, coz here my site and new site almost same, as i will provide with all related custom design, logo, banner, favicon all stuff.

    2. Sell my site. though i dont like this option. bt as there is nothing difference running old or making new, so i could think abt it. what should be price?

    3. Stop those idea. keep running my own as usual. and wait for November.

So plz if u have time and some thinking abt those plz share with me, Will be glad.

    Smartest thing you can do.

Let out the way you make money and watch you see tons of sites just like yours. Never mess up a good thing.

Unless one of them is true.

    1. If you get a 3 years forward earning.
    2. You don't see it doubling in next 2 years.

I heard that people usually sell earning sites for 3 years worth of revenue if there is no possibility of increasing it, 5 yrs if there is. Maybe it's too much though. What's the name of your site?

DO NOT SELL THIS SITE!!!! If you sell this site, you will regret it for a long time. If it has as much earning potential as you say, keep it for a few years and see where it goes. Just my 2 cents.

Ask yourself this? How fast could you replicate it to generate the same income again?
If in record time then you're safe to sell so long as there's room in the available market for multiple sites.

If the only real reason you're thinking about selling is to get your sister a car (and if it is urgent) then just try to get a loan or get a 500 dollar beater until you get paid.

Don't turn one short term problem (the car) into a big long term one (selling the site).

I advice you not to sell the site ( I mean the unique Idea ) , I think it take you years to find and apply . Don't forget that if you sold the site the new owner will try to clone the site or may be he will reveal the secret to the general, so Keep Your sites with you, and wait for the car .

I suggest that you don't sell your sites, as long as they are earning you loads of money you should be happy whit them. But if you see that your site is going down SELL.

Let me make a few comments.

First, he talked of 3 sites, and has 3 sites in his signature. I wouldn't be surprised if one of them was the one he's talking about. Also, the middle one in your signature is a big warez site, that can't possibly stay up for very long, so what's up with that...

Second, it's trivial to find out every domain someone owns, as long as they always use the same email, address or name on their registration. Many sites out there can give you a list of all sites registered with the same info, so giving out a URL is not a big deal.

Really, it all depends on whether you want to have income now or income in the future. Future income is never guaranteed based on past performance, although past performance is a great indicator.

If it were me, I'd sell and make another site with a similar idea. 30K in the pocket now is a nice chunk of change.

    But that's just me.
