I am robkey from india . One of my online friend in US has a software company and wants to hire me . He started his company Last year and is going good .

Can u tell me what are the requirments to hire me from india to US

Your friend should be the one providing you the details and documents you need to work in USA.

First you need offer letter from your friend that he want to offer you Job in his company then afterward apply for Visa. It's better if you consult any visa service company they will tell you each Step.

 

you can read about all the requirements on Indian Govt. official site and moreover he has to prove that he really needs you but I think its not so tough just try.

 

Sounds a bit fishy to me. Can't you work from home to start with? It doesn't matter where you live in the world in this business.
