Hi, I checked and one of my nameservers has been down for a while. Of course, the respective site has been having some visitors- and rankings-related issues. All down. Could the fact that one nameserver is down influence the SEO? Technically the other is still propelling the site... basically it shouldn't count. Or, does it?
Not sure... some of my sites that experienced this score worse in Google and I don't know if this could be the cause. That's why I asked...
Are you able to access your site? Well, this problem is happening again and again then you should consider changing your host, this would be the good solution.
If the user (and spiders) are not having any trouble accessing your website then I don't see any problem.
no problem if one of them only down, but it's preferred two as if one fail the other still work. you can use many website that give you when your site or server or vps down and it's totally free.
I dont think so it will affect on your SEO. As you said its down for a while, also other servers are working at the same time. So if it is acessible its not a issue.
