    hi,
i have a logo designed for a my customer, but today i have seen it on a magazine as a logo of another firm that is not my client. Do you know if i have some rigths on that logo?

This is the copywriting forum. It has nothing to do with copyright law.

If you live in a country where Berne Convention standards apply, copyright is automatic. You have an automatic right to control the way your work - in this case, your logo - is used.

    More on copyright law.

If you created the logo for your client, then your client owns the rights to it.. not you.

I am a fan of the name and shame approach ;) This is DP. Any sort of discussion about it hits page one for various terms on Google in under an hour.
