The 3 mega search engines made their own way of celebrating christmas on their home pages.

    http://www.google.com.kw/doodle15.html

    http://events.yahoo.com/holiday08/

    http://www.live.com/

From webmaster point of view, I went to http://validator.w3.org/ to validate them and guess what ?

    http://www.google.com.kw/doodle15.html Result: Passed

    http://events.yahoo.com/holiday08/ Result: 112 Errors, 6 warning(s) wtf ?

    http://www.live.com/ Result: 4 Errors

Look at yahoo and microsoft, they can't make a valid page !

I never knew that, thanks for sharing. Funny that one of the top named companies can't make a valid page unlike Google.

I am really surprised at the results of Yahoo and MSN !!!

I know Google is a leader in search....but then Yahoo and MSN are in top three as well and should be more responsible in being error free...

If the giants aren't worried about valid pages, does that mean being valid isn't worth much?

I am suprised that somebody thought of validating the Google, Yahoo and Live... I do it for small to medium websites.. but didn't think to do with Google or yahoo...

    Great Job buddy...

Maybe they don't have enough money to hire someone to validate it.
