They said they understand and take it into account, NO worries, NO problem. One month later I get disabled! The worst part is I have no way to contact them? Theres no email, the petition page does not work https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?contact=invalid_clicks_appeal , it asked for an email but has no box to place one. I'm really sad about this. I wasnt making a fortune, but it was my hobby and I really enjoyed doing it :( What can I do? Any advice? I am 10000000% innocent. I did nothing wrong. read and followed every rule. Please help. Thanks.

Google Adsense is one the best to happen to internet and for people who want to be there own bos. However since google monopolize in this category there is no heart in business. People get ban for silly reason even if there is no fault. One man from the administration gives you the permission and other bans you from the same. how sad is it. Frankly very sad. I hope there is significant change in google administration so people can work and rely on adsense without being afraid of getting ban.I am great fan of Adsense but trust me if this continue people are looking for alternative. Is it very difiicult for google to just discourage unfair practices by not paying for those clicks rather than banning them. One big change will make a difference. I hope they hear what people say otherwise every rise has a fall. There were big business houses that were shattered in no time. Google need to think it's a consumer market and consumer are kings

That's rather odd; I'm assuming you're not able to login, so asking for you to do so before you can carry out an appeal is rather peculiar. Even so, I'm certain that you can contact them via e-mail (adsense-support[@]google.com) with the accompanying proof of your innocence. I'm truly in the hopes that you had a software installed monitoring your visitors' click activity to better your appeal. While your post is filled with sentiments, it would be more useful if you provided us with the explanation they gave you for the account's closure. When you claim that they said "they understand," what does this pertain to?

if you have lost your adsense account, it's not possible to get your account again.

i dont suggest you to register again because they will ban you because of relataion to banned account.

i believe it's time to try the other ppc programs.

    i'm sad for you:(

Google doesn't frivilously ban people. It's in their best interest to get their ads on as many sites as possible.

You probably gave them no compelling reason to believe that your invalid clicks were "accidental" or maliciously done by someone who doesn't like you.

It would probably cost them more to investigate every case of click fraud on behalf of small time publishers than they make with the ads put on those user's pages.

I got a domain banned for violating the TOS but they didn't shut me down entirely because I run another site that has pulled in thousands in a single year and I've been using adsense for years without any problems.

The more domains you run, the longer you've been publishing ads and the more money you make, the more worthwhile it is to give you the benefit of the doubt to keep your account active. Everyone makes mistakes every once in awhile but when your first site out of the gate is a problem site then they really have no reason to waste their time on you.

It really isn't hard to not get banned.
