    I don't care what the content is or what it earns. All I need for it to have is:

    - have at least 1k unique / day
    - have at least 30 posts / day of people talking
    - be somewhat self-sustainable without promoting everyday
    - your own database. No leeched posts from other sources
    - .com / .net / .org only

    PM the following:- domain
    - unique/page-views/day
    - % of search traffic
    - asking price

    Nope. Like I said, I don't care what the content is. Budget is based off the forum quality. No set. Probably below a few grand.

    If I like one for a couple hundred, I'll grab it.
