It should be minus because minus represent quicker than previous.

Ok that makes sense, I guess it could be done both ways (reduced time in % or improvement in % as a positive number).

To make it simple Green color represent improvement and Red for going down.

Any chance we can get back the option to turn of Thread Avatars ? I really don't need the faces of 1000 people in my browser cache . Even less so on mobile .

Also maybe I'm just not familiar with the system yet but is there any option to lower the font size and increase the width of the main body ? Although I'm a big fan of gray backgrounds I don't find them very useful on a forum with hundreds of lines of content per page .

Bottom line is that the new format forces you to scroll like a maniac and make it difficult to navigate trough the page content .

Disabling thread avatars is not coming. If your browser supports a custom user CSS, you could use that to set font size to anything you want.

Feels like a mix of FB, Twitter and VB all in one to me. How is it on the admin panel level? More efficient than VB?

Yeah, I like it better... the biggest thing though is it just uses so much less resources, and is so much better to build custom stuff on top of it's framework. You can try out their admin control panel demo if you want here:

Seems also easy to catch "discouraged IPs" etc. I'm assuming that can be part of the reason for signups dropping a little? (unwanted users not making it through)

This is truly amazing. The fact that your total traffic actually increased during this period of time whereby you where changing things and getting reindexed is immense. A massive congratulations must go out to you for all of your hard work and effort.

Added full charts from Google Webmaster Tools for the last 90 days... Seems like Googlebot has settled down spidering around 750,000 pages a day (way up from what it was under vBulletin), as well as *much* faster page rendering times...

This is farily similar to what I'd seen on my much smaller migration years ago... less server resources, Google ate it up and since then, never looked back. Google loves XF software, and more importantly, users can't get enough of its addictive qualities.

I am aware that Alexa rankings are fairly inaccurate, especially for sites with low traffic. However I am concerned when I look at the graphs for Digital Point from the point that XenForo was adopted. Is there an explanation for this drop-off other than the new user registration system has decreased the number of visitors with the Alexa toolbar (which is how Amazon collects the data) - I would guess there were many webmaster-type visitors that were lost with the new rules?

    Really wonderful statistics.......

Does this mean traffic coming from different resources?

Indeed! That Alexa chart is pretty ugly. Compete and Quantcast appear pretty flat. Would be nice to see Google analytics unique visitors chart from the same period. Numbers could be removed, the trend is what's important.
