    One Logo two versions $50 each. 4 Days
    I need one logo with two different versions
    Oak Point Property
    First version: Clean, Bold, Crisp, and Industrial. Typographical base
    Second Version: Clean, Bold, Crisp, and Industrial Typographical base with a train element include.
    The property is adjacent a CSX Train yard, photos and ideas provide in link file. Logo will be used for a sign, so please vector base work only. No web 2.0 look, no Photoshop. I will provide feedback. Payment via PayPal, Winner must provide logo wrights with file. Contest will end March 21 at 11:30am eastern time
    This is my first contest but, a lot more to come, thank you in advance.

    chewysmom: Bottom one looks good,I'm not crazy about the Property font.The top one not leaves something to be desire.

    Masjacky: Great retracing but, include the train logo in the folder for reference this is very good but too close that logo.Train is also different.
