I'm already ranked on the #1 place for some keyword, my main keyword, but I don't seem to get the One Line Sitelink, Do you know how to make Google give you such a thing? What is the best way?

This is absolute automate generated from Google side and beyond out control. However, I have seen many websites which has sitelink, both one-line and full sitelink are having both website age and quality backlinks pointing toward them.

Google provides site-links automatically through an algorithm.

Basically you get sitelinks when google considers you an authority for the keyword. Who knows what factors are taken into account, but I'd wager page rank, domain age, backlinks and bounce rate(?) play a key role. As to the numbers, e.g. page rank value you need, I'm sure that depends on the competition. I've seen PR2 sites with sitelinks in low-competition niches.

I completely agree with Sxperm. Website owners do not have any control for the sitelinks appearing in Google Search Results.
Yes, you can remove whichever you don't want to be shown from the Webmaster Tools Account.
Now for the listing. i think Google must be considering the pagerank, number of backlinks, content and the page level to choose these backlinks.

Google provides site-links automatically. But i also believe in it depends on the popularity of particular page and visit on page.

Optimize your web page for maximum benefit of visitor , so that Google think it is necessary to show your page as "site link".
You can not create site link ,only you can remove "Site link" from Google Webmaster Tool.

Gather more strong backlinks to make your site more authority which is essential on sitelinks. It would be better if you gain 8-link site links.

I think it is totally Google's matter because we don't know the exact parameter of Google Algo and what is more important for it.

Site links are automatically given by the Google. Google has not said anything about site link algorithm. But I feel it depends upon following thing:-

    # Easily spiderable, structured navigation
    # Fairly high natural search traffic
    # High click through rates from the search results page
    # Useful outbound links
    # Inbound links from high quality sites
    # Site age is several years or older

It seems to be based on traffic to that page first, then IB links. Then comes PR. Oh, any GrayBar page will not make it. The rest of it is up to Google and where you stand in the SERPs.

You will also see how good you are doing if you have the Webmaster Tool set up. You can block or unblock pages from it. I highly recommend this.

Yes - Its automatically given. But we should do our part.

My site was already an authority for the search term (its url word itself) - but I had no site links then.

It was then that I put a long navigational bar right after the banner, got help from my friend who is a CSS GURU. And look at the results now - I now have 3 sitelinks. So they also depend on how easily accessible your main pages are, for the Google bot. I think so.
