I have been thinking about testing the One Hundred Pushups training program. It looks close to impossible to manage 100 pushups with only 6 weeks of training. What do you think? This is the training program. - Jens
I have seen this before but didn't try it. It seems like it would be hard to get to 100 in 6 weeks with only 30 minutes a week.
I workout about 5 or 6 days out of a whole week, and am in great shape, but I haven't don push-ups in a long time I prob could whip out 40 - 50 hopefully.
If pushups are anything like sit ups, doing more then 20 is a waste and you should try getting some resistance like with sit ups you can put a medicine ball on your chest or something. I don't know I'm just naturally awesome.
100 push ups its not that hard, its soudmns hard but once u practice for a lil ull be able to do it, im sure i can do more than 50 right now w/o practicing ive started running lately
How many people working away on their computer care if they can do even 10 push ups? Done any marketing research on this one?
100 push ups is not that much if you train at the gym and you do some flat bench at least once a week and you're not too overweight overall and you don't smoke or that kind of thing, 100 push ups is easy
