    I think it was about a month ago the last time we had downtime it was about 10 minutes of downtime.

    but if for any reason there are any long amounts of downtime we can work out a deal for some money off the next month.

    NO, whm is for resellers only. A license cost $48 monthly and can only be installed with root access as its a binary and not a script :S
