it depends on the network, all are different. Ours would accept that type of traffic

Craigslist is definitely not ok. It's against their t&c's which could get you and your network in big trouble if they cared enough to follow through, so be careful with that. Generally the yahoo answer type sites are ok, but I agree w/ cpaflashpreston, best to ask because it depends not only on the network but also the offer itself. Your AM will appreciate your honesty, and your want to run the offers legitimately, and maybe return the favor w/ regards to p/o bumps, cutting you a break if you have an isolated fraud incident, etc. Plus, advertisers are really cracking down on fraud and most will not pay out on leads that are not obtained by their approved methods.

Sounds like a spammy way to get traffic to your website. Most affiliate companies may not care as most are just concerned on the page where the CPA is coming from.

I'd be careful with this type of traffic. Craigslist traffic, at least speaking for my network, is unacceptable. Lots of times people try masking the referral link in order to hide that the traffic is from craigslist. This is specifically because most companies do not accept it, as it can be considered a form of blackhat marketing.
