    i read some said earned $2 per click some $3.
    but I still with $0.03 per click
    How can I earn like others somebody tell me?

    find a niche that pays AT LEAST $0.1 per click and be happy with that, build up traffic, don't run after highest paying clicks. $0.1 minimum is fear enough, you only need 10 clicks to make a dollar, so find the good topic(s) and build traffic.
