Is anyone else putting this guy's banner on their pages?
Looks like he needs a little help to reach his goal.

I think it's a pretty ingenious marketing idea, if nothing else.

Please refresh? There is a guy's banner that is proclaiming that he is looking for One Billion page views (on a bet).

Do you see it at the top?
He isn't paying for clicks or anything- just asking for people to help him toward his goal, apparently.

 

Yea its pretty annoying the way he spams every board I am on

I had no idea. Hadn't seen him on any forums.
I found the story while researching internet marketing for my blog, and thought it was interesting.
