    I will suggst you to setup a forum on this, using phpbb or SMF, make its PR1-2, and than sell it. You will get good price. Right now, I dont think anyone will offer more than 15$.

    Unless developed the price is low to mid $xx. You should develop the site before selling.

    Great... I have a smilar site for appraisal - domaintalk.in - didn't get time to develop but now thinking of developing it.
