If someone get a PR let say PR7, how to maintain it without doing much and spending much for long time (many years) or permanently? friends any suggestions?
No exact solution. Google sometimes just drop your pagerank, when it updates the algorythm of pagerank calculation. (since the overall links number growing fastly, they always have to modify) But if you get backlinks from big trustrank sites, like wikipedia, dmoz, .edu, .gov etc. then you dont have too much to worry about. Keep on checking your backlinks and build new ones as much as you can, and do not sell textlinks
If you reached PR7 the right way. This means you have a set of networks that can back you up. With compoundment, it really doesn't take much work to maintain your page rank so long as you continuously supply useful content and your visitors keeps coming back.
For your site to get PR7, your site should be something special.. so, after reaching the PR7, continue doing the same things that you did before.. and your PR remains same or improve.
Well, it will be tough to maintain the PR especially when it is 7 and on top of that you mention you want to do spend less time. Initially you have to work hard for some period till you see that you have enough back links without any help or trouble. For now, if your blog/site is new, you HAVE TO PUT IN YOUR BEST EFFORTS. I guess you should do what you're doing that made u have a high pr but of course you have to increase the outputs.
